Bimetallic wear-resistant pipe Ni-HiCr
Ni-HiCr (Ni-Hard 4) is recognized for its superb wear resistance and toughness, suitable for severe service conditions where both abrasion and high stress are present. This material features a hard martensitic matrix with enhanced amounts of carbides, especially chromium carbides, which contribute to its exceptional wear properties.
Ni-Cr-Lc, under ASTM A532 Class 1 Type B, is a Ni-Cr-HC (Nickel-Chrome-High Carbon) white cast iron noted for excellent wear resistance and toughness, making it ideal for heavy-duty applications. It features a hard martensitic matrix with embedded carbides, enhancing wear properties. Its hardness is primarily due to the presence of nickel and chromium, providing some corrosion resistance.
Wear-resistant hammer head Ni-Cr-Hc
Ni-Hard 1, designated under ASTM A532 Class 1 Type A, is a type of Ni-Cr-HC (Nickel-Chrome-High Carbon) white cast iron known for its excellent wear resistance and toughness. This material is particularly noted for its capability to resist abrasion and impact, making it ideal for heavy-duty applications. The alloy is characterized by its hard martensitic matrix with embedded carbides, which significantly enhance its wear properties. The high hardness level is primarily due to the presence of nickel and chromium, which also provide some corrosion resistance, albeit secondary to its wear properties.
