PRODUCT CENTER
Inconel X-750 alloy is mainly a nickel-based superalloy with γ"[Ni3(Al, Ti, Nb)] phase for ageing strengthening. It has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance below 980 ℃, and has high corrosion resistance below 800 ℃. It has good relaxation resistance below 540°C, as well as good formability and welding performance. The alloy is mainly used for the manufacture of aero-engines that work below 800°C and require high strength. Relaxation-resistant flat springs and Coil spring. It can also be used to manufacture steam turbine turbine blades and other parts. The varieties available are sheet, strip, bar, forging, ring, wire and tube.
Inconel718 alloy is a precipitation hardening nickel-chromium-iron alloy containing niobium and molybdenum. It has high strength, good toughness and corrosion resistance in high and low temperature environments below 650 °C. The state may be solution treated or precipitation hardened.
Inconel 690 is a high-performance nickel-chromium alloy known for its exceptional resistance to high temperatures, corrosion, and oxidation. It maintains its strength and integrity even in harsh chemical environments, making it ideal for applications in industries such as chemical processing, petrochemical, and nuclear.
The softened and annealed low carbon alloy 625 is widely used in the chemical process industry, and its better corrosion resistance and high strength enable it to be used as a thinner structural component. Alloy 625 can be used in applications exposed to seawater and subject to high mechanical stress. Typical application areas:
1. Components of organic chemical processes containing chlorides, especially where acid chloride catalysts are used
2. Digesters and bleaching tanks for the pulp and paper industry
The alloy has excellent corrosion resistance and creep properties in hot corrosion areas such as sulfurized environments, especially in oxidizing and carbonizing environments up to 1100°C cycles. These corrosion resistances combined with excellent mechanical properties make this alloy particularly suitable for high temperature applications. Good short-term and long-term mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 1100°C. Excellent carburization resistance and good weldability at high temperatures up to 1100°C.
Coil Advantages of Inconel 600
Inconel 601 is resistant to both high temperature and corrosion. An important property of Inconel 601 is its excellent oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 1200°C, as well as high strength, easy processing and water corrosion resistance.
Inconel 600 is both corrosion and high temperature resistant, strong and easy to process. Resists chloride ion stress corrosion cracking, sulfide and oxidizing media in high temperature environments. It has good corrosion resistance in organic acids such as formic acid, acetic acid and stearic acid, and moderate corrosion resistance in inorganic acids. Excellent corrosion resistance in high-purity water used in primary and secondary cycles in nuclear reactors. Particularly outstanding performance is the ability to resist the corrosion of dry chlorine and hydrogen chloride, and the application temperature is up to 650 ℃. At high temperature, Inconel 600 in the annealed and solution treated state has good oxidation spalling resistance and high strength in air.
